The application process is so pain-free and relaxing that most clients fall asleep during their appointment. However, improper application by an unqualified eyelash technician can cause damage to your natural lashes. Care should be used when choosing the weight and length of your lash extensions. If the lash extensions applied are too long and too heavy, the extensions will cause breakage to your natural lashes. Also, if too much adhesive is used, the lash follicle can become blocked, stunting the growth of your natural lashes.

Appointments are timed. To make the most of your appointment we recommend that you arrive with your lashes clean and free of mascara/oil. The presence of these substances can adversely affect the ability for your new lash extensions to bond properly.

Generally speaking, eyelash extensions take 1 to 2 hours to apply depending of how many natural lashes you have, they set of lash extensions you choose, and the experience level of your technician. Fill in’s can also be done in 1 to 2 hours depending on the number of lashes that need to be replaced. Most full sets will take an hour and a half to two hours and a fill in will take around an hour.

When applied properly, eyelash extensions will last, on average, anywhere from 2-3 weeks depending upon your hair growth cycle, day to day activities, and how rough you are on them each day. This varies from set to set as well as from person to person and will be discussed upon completion of your appointment.

While we have had minimal allergic reactions, we understand that this does happen. If you are normally sensitive to laundry detergents, fragrances, makeup, or have overall serious allergies, we recommend asking for a patch test to start off. This is where we apply 15-20 lash extensions to each eye and wait 48 hours to see if there is any reaction. If no reaction occurs, you are good to go! We also use microfoam tape to tape down your lower lashes to avoid any products or sensitivities in the under eye area.

A lash lift and tint can last anywhere between 5 to 6 weeks. Results may vary from client to client depending upon their lash growth cycle. There are some situations that may cause the lift to drop/weaken prematurely such as swimming, use off harsh products or heat. If you find that your lift does not last the full month, you can repeat the treatment after a minimum of 2 weeks of having the initial treatment, but not before.

Yes but it is advised that you leave your lashes untouched for at least 24 hours after your service. You may find that there is no need for mascara anyway, but if you wish to make your lashes even fuller, a non-waterproof mascara is advised as the removal of waterproof mascaras can be harsh on the lashes and weaken the lift.
